Please review the information below regarding enrollment requirements for the 2024-2025 School Year.
Step 1: ONLINE REGISTATION (OLR) - All students new to bat365 or returning to bat365 must complete a new OLR application each year.
April 15th: OLR application opens for the 2024-2025 School Year. New and returning students can access the online registration forms at ccsd.net/parents/online-registration.
Current bat365 students will be invited to upload their registration documents via the module on Canvas.
Once you complete the OLR application, please be sure to save your confirmation number because you will need this for bat365's registration forms.
Step 2: In-Person Registration - A parent or guardian will need to come to the bat365 Campus on the following dates to finish their registration. A list of necessary documents is listed below. Current bat365 parents will only need to come in person if they do not upload their information to the canvas module.
bat365 is a CCSD Public School that offers Kindergarten through 12th Grade.
(Per Nevada State Law, students must reside in Clark County Nevada to attend bat365)

Important Things To Know BEFORE Enrolling
Students who are not successful academically at bat365 and placed on Academic Probation may not be permitted to return to bat365 the following year.
Daily attendance and participation by your student is MANDATORY.
Students MUST return devices to previous school BEFORE enrolling at bat365.
bat365 provides chromebooks to all full time Students, who are attending the 23-24 school year.
GoGuardian is a required application on their device so that bat365 teachers and staff can effectively support students.
Enrollment for students new to bat365 MUST be completed IN PERSON ONLY.
Students must reside in Clark County in order to enroll at bat365.
Students must have access to the internet at home in order to enroll at bat365.
Parents are REQUIRED to bring students to our building for state mandated testing.
State required testing is occasional and notification will be provided prior to testing dates to plan accordingly.
STATE TESTING IS MANDATORY PER CCSD POLICY.
As an online program, parents are to regularly monitor their provided email to receive updates and important notifications from bat365.

Please complete a new application for the 24-25 school year in order to register your student and add all students that you need to register with bat365.
Please write down or screenshot your application number and provide that in person to our bat365 Staff while registering your student(s).
